In celebration of the 200th Anniversary of the arrival of Dougald and Margaret MacFarlane and family in Nova Scotia.

Monument to Dougald and Margaret and family who arrived From Scotland on the Dove of Aberdeen in 1801 -

Located at MacFarlane Cemetery,
St. Andrew's, Antigonish, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Dedicated August 4, 2001.

The Monument to Dougald and Margaret is made of North Grant Granite by Arsenault of North Grant and is being paid for by Donations.

Anyone who wishes to make a donation please make cheque or money order payable to "Pioneer MacFarlane Fund" and send it to any member of the committee. The account is being held at the Bergengren Credit Union in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, Canada.
